NBCC Floats Tender for Leisure Valley Phase-II Residential Project in Greater Noida

NBCC (India) has announced a tender for the development of the Leisure Valley Phase-II residential apartments in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The project encompasses design, engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) of 1,386 three-BHK multi-storied housing apartments, along with a clubhouse, landscaping, and ancillary works.

The development is planned on Plot No. GH 02, Sector Tech Zone IV, Greater Noida, under Package-II. The project has an estimated cost of ₹1,200.75 crore and is expected to be completed within 24 months. Additionally, a two-year operation and maintenance period will commence upon the project’s handover.

The tender invites capable contractors to execute the project, ensuring adherence to the timeline and maintaining the highest standards of construction quality. Interested bidders must submit their proposals by 26 December 2024.

This initiative marks another milestone in NBCC’s efforts to develop premium residential projects in India, aligning with Greater Noida’s vision to enhance urban infrastructure and lifestyle. The Leisure Valley Phase-II project is expected to significantly contribute to the region’s housing sector, providing modern amenities and a vibrant community environment.
