Nava Raipur Atal Nagar Invites Bids for Major Construction Projects Worth ₹300 Crore

Nava Raipur Atal Nagar Vikas Pradhikaran (NRANVP) has announced tenders for two major construction projects in Nava Raipur, located in the Raipur district of Chhattisgarh. The projects aim to enhance the region’s infrastructure and boost its development.

The first project involves the construction of a commercial office complex building (Phase-II) in the Central Business District (CBD) of Sector-21. The estimated cost for this state-of-the-art complex stands at ₹150 crore.

The second project is a composite Aayog Building in Sector-19 (South Block), which is set to serve as an important administrative hub. This project is valued slightly higher at ₹150.81 crore.

The deadline for submitting bids for both projects has been set for 10 February 2025, giving interested parties sufficient time to prepare their proposals.

These projects underline NRANVP’s commitment to fostering economic growth and urban development in Chhattisgarh. Once completed, they are expected to significantly contribute to the region’s commercial and administrative capabilities.
