Godrej Properties Enters Panipat with ₹1,250 Cr Plotted Township on 43 Acre Land

Godrej Properties has officially launched its latest plotted township development in Sector 40, Panipat, Haryana, following the acquisition of a 43-acre licensed land parcel for approximately ₹600 crore—marking its first project in Panipat and fourth plotted township in North India.

The plotted development spans 1.02 million sq ft, offering residential plots of varying sizes along with lifestyle amenities. Godrej is targeting over ₹1,250 crore in revenue from plot sales. The site boasts strategic connectivity via the Delhi–Chandigarh highway and is near key social infrastructure, enhancing its long-term appeal.

Gaurav Pandey, MD & CEO of Godrej Properties, expressed confidence in the township’s value proposition, stating it aligns with the firm’s strategy to expand into underserved Tier-II markets and build sustainable communities .

This launch comes on the heels of Godrej Properties achieving record-breaking pre-sales of ₹29,444 crore in FY25, validating its aggressive pipeline expansion. As India’s mid-sized cities gain prominence, this entry into Panipat underscores Godrej’s intent to tap into emerging growth corridors, offering premium plotted living to a widening demographic.
