DLF Makes a Grand Entry into Andheri West with ‘The WestPark’
Delhi‑NCR based DLF has officially re-entered Mumbai’s real estate scene with its luxury residential project, The WestPark, launched on July 17 in Andheri West. Sprawled over 10 acres, the initial phase features four towers, with 416 units ranging from 1,125 to 2,500 sq ft. Apartments are priced between ₹40,000–₹48,000 per sq ft, translating to ₹4.5–8 crore per unit.

Andheri West, one of Mumbai’s most densely populated and upscale suburbs, has witnessed a ~52% rise in average residential prices, from ~₹31,253 psf in 2019 to ~₹47,350 psf at the end of Q1 2025. New supply has tapered from a 2022 peak of 2,132 units to just over 1,000 in 2024, with only 302 launches in early 2025.

DLF is committing over ₹800 crore to the project, eyeing a topline of ~₹2,000–2,300 crore from Phase 1. The development features extensive amenities, including a 50,000 sq ft clubhouse, wellness centre, co‑working space and ample parking.
