OCALA, Fla. — A major construction achievement at Trailhead Logistics Park in Ocala has reached a new milestone, with a full-building lease secured for Building One. The 943,426-square-foot warehouse has been taken by a third-party logistics provider associated with a global e-commerce company.
Developed by Transwestern Development Company in partnership with QuadReal Property Group, the state-of-the-art facility sits on a 64-acre site near Interstate-75 off County Road 484 (exit 341). The warehouse features 40-foot clear height ceilings, ESFR sprinklers, extensive parking, and a Class A cross-dock design that supports fast, efficient goods movement.
Construction on the project began in November 2021 and was completed in 2023. The lease is now recognized as the largest industrial deal in Central Florida so far in 2025, one of only two new leases above 900,000 square feet in the region this year.
Looking ahead, developers are preparing for the next phase of construction: three additional buildings spanning about 3.2 million square feet across 220 acres.
