A state-of-the-art industrial facility, 121 Commerce Center, has been completed off State Highway 114 in Grapevine, Texas—strategically located near SH 121, SH 26, and I-635. This 262,184-square-foot warehouse, finalized in June and officially opened on June 17, is designed to meet the growing distribution and logistics needs of the Dallas–Fort Worth region.

Constructed by Cerris Builders, the facility includes a spacious speculative office area and offers exceptional highway connectivity, making it an ideal hub for regional supply chain operations. Its modern design supports efficient loading, storage, and distribution, catering to the evolving requirements of logistics operators and e-commerce businesses.

Charles Rombold, division manager at Cerris Builders, highlighted the company’s pride in delivering another logistics-focused facility that addresses the market’s rising demand for high-quality industrial space. He also noted their expertise in light industrial construction, ensuring projects are executed with precision and aligned with tenant needs.

With the logistics sector playing a crucial role in the DFW economy, the completion of the 121 Commerce Center strengthens the region’s position as a prime industrial hub, offering businesses ready-to-use infrastructure that combines strategic location, construction quality, and operational efficiency.
