In a significant boost to Maharashtra’s logistics infrastructure, a new warehouse storage building is set to be constructed in Pogaon, Bhiwandi, Thane district. The project, encompassing a built-up area of 50,257.88 square meters, carries an estimated investment of ₹2,819.2 million. Construction is slated to commence in October 2025, with completion anticipated by October 2028.

The project aligns with the broader trend of infrastructure development in Thane, positioning the district as a pivotal hub for logistics and industrial activities in western India.
