Fujiyama Power Systems to Boost Solar Manufacturing in Madhya Pradesh

Date:

Fujiyama Power Systems, a leading player in the rooftop solar segment, has acquired 24.89 hectares of land in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh, to establish a cutting-edge manufacturing facility for solar panels, lithium-ion batteries, and allied products. The Delhi-based company plans to invest ₹650 crore in the Ratlam investment region, with production capacity anticipated to reach two GW.

The company, known for its solar solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors, also exports to over 10 countries. This significant project aligns with Madhya Pradesh’s vision of becoming a solar manufacturing hub.

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav described the venture as a milestone for the state’s industrial sector. “Our goal is to attract investments while promoting self-reliance in energy and environmental sustainability,” he said, emphasizing the government’s commitment to supporting investors.

According to Madhya Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation (MPIDC), Fujiyama must finalize the lease deed and take possession of the land within 60 days. Executive Director MPIDC Ujjain, Rajesh Rathore, highlighted the initiative’s potential to generate thousands of jobs for local youth and accelerate Ratlam’s economic growth.

With land allocation complete, Fujiyama Power Systems is set to commence operations soon, paving the way for a brighter and greener future.
