Construction activity around ReDiscover Logistics Park is marking a new phase of industrial growth in Phoenix, as the city continues to attract logistics and manufacturing investments. The large-scale development is coming up on a 43.5-acre site in north Phoenix, where an underutilised parcel is being transformed into a modern industrial destination.
The project is being developed by ViaWest Group in collaboration with global investment firm Barings, with construction responsibilities assigned to Willmeng Construction. Once delivered, the park will provide over 800,000 square feet of high-quality industrial space across several buildings. The design prioritises operational efficiency, offering flexible floor plates, generous ceiling heights and improved truck circulation suited for modern supply-chain users.
Located close to major transport corridors such as Interstate 17 and Loop 101, the site offers convenient access across the Phoenix metropolitan region. Its proximity to fast-growing advanced manufacturing and technology investments further strengthens its strategic importance.
