Welspun One Secures ₹2,300 Cr Financial Closure for Mega Logistics Park at JNPA SEZ, Navi Mumbai

Welspun One Logistics Parks has secured financial closure of ₹2,300 crore for its mega logistics park at the Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority (JNPA) SEZ in Navi Mumbai. The project, supported by the National Bank for Financing Infrastructure and Development (NaBFID), marks the company’s largest logistics development to date, spread across 55 acres.

Strategically located within the JNPA Special Economic Zone, the state-of-the-art Grade A industrial and warehousing facility will serve key sectors including e-commerce, FMCG, 3PL, and manufacturing. With a development potential of over 3.6 million sq. ft., the project aims to enhance supply chain efficiency and boost India’s logistics infrastructure.

Anshul Singhal, MD, Welspun One, stated, “This milestone positions us to fast-track execution and deliver high-quality warehousing solutions across India.” NaBFID MD Rajkiran Rai emphasized the project’s alignment with national goals to reduce logistics costs and enhance industrial competitiveness.
