Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate (SPRE) has unveiled an immersive, handcrafted mural titled “Coexistence with Flora & Fauna” at its flagship township VANAHA, located near Bavdhan, Pune.
Set in the township’s sales gallery, the mural interprets VANAHA’s core “nature-first” philosophy through artistry: artisans have sculpted intricate flora, birds and leaf-motifs to reflect the actual biodiversity within the 1,000-acre development. Over 350 acres of green spaces and more than 400 species of flora and fauna make the setting deeply experiential.
In an unveiling statement, SPRE CEO & MD Sriram Mahadevan remarked: “Sustainability is not an element but the essence of our design philosophy. With ‘Coexistence with Flora & Fauna’, we aimed for every visitor at VANAHA to experience the township’s thriving ecosystem.”
Beyond being a decorative installation, the mural functions as a gateway to lifestyle messaging—transforming what is typically a sales-gallery visit into a story of harmony between architecture and ecology. SPRE hopes this sets VANAHA apart in Pune’s competitive township market. The project is strategically situated near major IT hubs such as Hinjewadi and Baner, and is supported by upcoming infrastructure upgrades in the region, increasing its appeal for professionals and families.
For SPRE, the mural underscores a shift in real-estate marketing—from mere product features to immersive narratives of lifestyle, nature and urban living. For homebuyers and watchers alike, VANAHA’s approach may signal how future township launches blend green credentials, art-driven storytelling and strategic location.
