RITES has invited bids for a major construction project at the Indian Institute of Management Raipur as part of Phase-II of the campus development programme. The scope of work includes the construction of a new academic block and a hostel cluster consisting of four blocks, aimed at strengthening both learning and residential infrastructure.
The project will be executed under EPC Mode-III, under which the selected contractor will be responsible for engineering, procurement, and construction activities. In addition to building works, the contract also covers all associated services required for the operation and functionality of the facilities, ensuring an integrated and efficient delivery model.
With an estimated project cost of approximately ₹155.46 crore, the construction reflects IIM Raipur’s focus on developing modern, future-ready infrastructure. The upcoming academic block is expected to provide advanced teaching and learning spaces, while the hostel cluster will address the growing accommodation needs of students.
The project is expected to play a vital role in supporting the institute’s expansion plans and rising demand for quality management education. The last date for submission of bids for this construction contract is 02 February 2026.
