India’s real estate market witnessed a 9% decline in sales across its top nine cities, signaling a temporary slowdown in housing demand. Major metropolitan areas, including Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, and Gurugram, saw a decline in both residential and commercial property sales compared to previous quarters.
